Exacta Labcenter Spa was founded in 1974 by Alessandrini Gian Amico.
Since then, Exacta Labcenter Spa has grown exponentially, becoming a point of reference in Italy and abroad for the supply of materials, consultation materials, and instrumentation for scientific laboratories.

- 1980 – Alessandrini Strumenti di ricerca e controllo s.n.c di G. Amico Alessandrini & C.
- 1990 – ALESSANDRINI strumentazione S.p.a.
- 1996 – Partnership ALESSANDRINI STRUMENTAZIONE S.p.a. and ARREDI TECNICI CASARIN S.r.l.
- 2001 – ALESSANDRINI STRUMENTAZIONE S.p.a. acquires Cecchinato S.r.l. and Sardo S.r.l. and becomes EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter S.p.a.
- 2002 – Partnership EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter S.p.a. and LLG Gmbh
- 2006 – EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter S.p.a. incorporate Ing. C. Bullio S.r.l.
- 2007 – Accordo di distribuzione commerciale e logistica with AVANTOR Inc.
- 2016 – Accordo di distribuzione Nazionale with Honeywell Inc.
- 2022 – EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter S.p.a. acquires ALKIMIA S.r.l.
- 2024 – EXACTA+OPTECH Labcenter Spa becomes Exacta Labcenter Spa
- 2025 – Exacta Labcenter and Laborchimica choose to get together
